Standard Consultancy Rates

All rates are listed in GBP (£), USD ($), and CAD ($).

For churches and non-profits with fewer than 5 staff or under 200 members:

• First hour: £100 / $130 USD / $175 CAD
• Additional hours: £50 / $65 USD / $87 CAD
• Full day (8 hours): £400 / $520 USD / $700 CAD (10% discount applied)

For orgs with 5–10 staff or 200–500 members:

• First hour: £125 / $160 USD / $220 CAD
• Additional hours: £65 / $85 USD / $115 CAD
• Full day: £500 / $650 USD / $875 CAD

For orgs with 10–25 staff or 500–1,000 members:

• First hour: £150 / $195 USD / $260 CAD
• Additional hours: £75 / $100 USD / $130 CAD
• Full day: £600 / $780 USD / $1,050 CAD

For orgs with 25+ staff or 1,000+ members:

• First hour: £175 / $225 USD / $305 CAD
• Additional hours: £85 / $110 USD / $150 CAD
• Full day: £700 / $910 USD / $1,225 CAD

All consultancy includes:

For larger audiences:

• Add:

Travel & Remote Work

Our consultants are based in the UK, USA, and Canada.
Many of our services can be provided remotely via Zoom or Teams.

If travel is required:

• Clients cover travel time at a reduced day rate
• Economy travel, basic accommodation, and local transport to be provided
• We’ll work with your budget to keep it simple and accessible

Sliding Scale

If you’re doing Kingdom work on limited funds, please reach out. We offer reduced rates for qualifying organisations. We may ask for light documentation or context to assess requests fairly.
